Shipping Policy

North & Fern products are made to order. Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Production times may occasionally be longer during busy periods, holidays, or due to product availability. 

Estimated Delivery

Delivery time includes both production and shipping time. Shipping speed depends on your location, the product ordered, and the shipping method available for your order. Estimated delivery information will be provided at checkout when available.

Standard shipping within Canada and the United States generally takes approximately 3–4 business days after fulfillment, while international standard shipping may take approximately 5–20 business days after fulfillment. These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. 

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

Multiple Packages

Some items may be produced at different fulfillment facilities. If your order contains multiple products, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim a package may require an additional shipping charge for reshipment.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
